6th of March 1895, added to on the 9th of August 1896 and
probated on the 12th of February 1898: "This
my last will and testament I, S.J. Dellinger, being of sound mind do give
and bequeath to my daughter, Margaret Frances and her heirs my home place on
tract of land which I now live on and I do give to my
son, James Henry McDowell, the tract of land that J.M.
Dellinger bought of Alexander Moore, also 2 beds and 2 bedsteads
and also his father's rifle gun and chest." S. J. Dellinger The actual will and
codicill was handwritten by T.J. Saunders at her dictation. Mollie Beal was a witness to the writing
of the will. A. F. Moore witnessed her signature. |
