It was reported that Donald died from artillery fire. His body was recovered.<\/p>\n<p>He served with Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, &#8220;Cacti Forever&#8221;, 4th Infantry Division.\u00a0 The decorations earned by SP4 Donald L.
