Ordered that John Hendry Eqre, Robert Murphy, Chas. Murphy, John
Herring & George Bannerman be appointed to divide the personal
estate of Thomas Rogers amongst his heirs; and Lucretia Rogers
appointed Guardian to Ann, Thomas, Uriah & Wm Haywood to attend to
their interests in the division.
