In the name
of God Amen. I William T. Bourdeaux of the State of North Carolina
& County of New Hanover, being weak in Boddy but of perfect mind,
and memory; hereby makes The Following my Wile; That is to say I will
my Boddy to Buryed after my sol may leave it in decent Christial
Buryel, and what worldly goods it has been God's will to bestow upon me
while herebelow after my last debts hath been paid the ballance I leave
in manner following, that is my house and lot to be sold which I have
in Wilmington, to the best advantage, by my Executor - to pay my said
debts, and the Ballance if any, what it may fetch, I leave and Bequeath
unto my loving wife; also all other estate Real or personally I do
hereby prosess I give unto her her heirs and assigns forever, excepting
a horse which is called the Walker horse which I give unto my brother
in law, William Robitsch.
In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal as my last
wile and testament this 30th. Day of August 1856. I also leave as my
Executor William S. Larkins to my will hoping he may have it carryed
into effect.

This paper writing porforting to be the last will & Testament of
William T. Bourdeaux is exhibeted in afore court. And offered for
probate, and is
duly provided by the oaths of both the subscribing (?) Thereto, and as
such considered by the Court to be and contain the last will and
Testament
of said, W. T. Bourdeaux and sufficient to convey the bequest therein
made, and as such ordered to be recommended & filed, at the same
time Wm
S Larkins the executor there in named appeared in open Court & was
duly qualified as such.
