Do make and ordain this my last will and testament and as touching <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">this worly estate whence with it hath pleased God to bless me within <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">this life I give and dispose of in the manner and form following.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item: I give and bequeath to my loving wife <strong>Anna Wright<\/strong> two negroes to <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">wit F__ and Genne, also two good feather beds and furniture, one <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">fifteen bottle case and one safe and one bead chest and one looking <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">glass, one ball faced mare and one rone horse and one young halton <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">named Jockey and all my hogs and two cows and calves, four ewes, one <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">large puter dish and one half gallon bason and one small quart bason <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">and all at he earthen ware and all my chairs and one small oval table\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">and one eight gallon pot and one four gallon pot, one tea kettle and <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">one baking kettle and one dutch wheel and one great wheel and pr cards <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">and one dozen spoons. Also I leave to my beloved wife <strong>Anna<\/strong> the use of <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">my houses and plantation whereon I live and timber to support it <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">during her widowhood. Also I leave to my said wife the use of my negro <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">boy Lemeck during her wodowhood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item: I give and bequeath to my son <strong>Auguston Wright<\/strong> on condition he <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">shall make over all his right in the land I shall mention and I give to <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">his other brothers, to each one he shall make a title and also to make <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">over his right in that part I give to his sister he compling with the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">above conditions. Then I give to my said son <strong>Auguston Wright<\/strong> and his <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">heirs forever one hundred acres of land be the same more or less buted <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">and bounded by a ditch across the plantation and a branch to the beaver\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">dam and from the ditch down chesnut oak glade to Smiths line and if my <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">sd son <strong>Auguston Wright<\/strong> shall refuse to comply with the above condition. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Then I give and bequeath the aforesaid land to be equally divided <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">between his other brothers born of <strong>Mary<\/strong> my first wife. Also I give to <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">my sd son <strong>Auguston Wright<\/strong> one bay mare and several other things he has <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">all ready in his possession.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter<strong> Elizabeth Cartwright<\/strong> a piece <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">of land called Sattle neck binding on the beaver dam and across the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">mouth for fifty acres of land be the same more or less to her and her <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">heirs forever and one cow and calf and all that I have given her in <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">possession. Also I give to my Dughter<strong> Elizabeth<\/strong> one negro girl named <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Dol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item: I give and bequeath to my son <strong>Levy Wright<\/strong> one young sarrol horse. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Also I leave to my aforesaid son <strong>Levy<\/strong> the use of fifty acres of land <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">lying in Richneck binging on the beaver dam during his natural life and <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">after his decease to my son <strong>Auguston<\/strong> <strong>Wright<\/strong> to him and his heirs <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">forever. Also I give to my sd son <strong>Levy<\/strong> one feather bed and furniture <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">and one small gun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Item: I give and bequeath to my two sons <strong>Charles Wright<\/strong> and <strong>Lot Wright <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">the remainder of my land that is not given away to be equally divided <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">between them and their heirs forever.<strong> Lot<\/strong> having his part in the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">plantation that I have reserved to my wife. Also I give to my sd two <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">sons each of them a feather bed and same furniture. Also I give to my <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">son <strong>Charles Wright<\/strong> two three year old heifers. Also I give to my son <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong>Lot Wright<\/strong> two two year old heifers. Also I give after my wifes decease <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">or marriage one negro boy named Lemeck equally to my two aforesaid sons <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong>Charles<\/strong> and Lot <strong>Wright<\/strong>.
