….George Pendleton<\/strong> of Pasquotank County…<\/span>
\nFirst: …Debts be paid…<\/span>
\nSecondly: I give to my Nephew George Pendleton Junior<\/strong> my Plantation\u00a0<\/span>whereon I now live, my Negro Man Jack all my Household Furniture, two\u00a0<\/span>mares and one coalt, my saddle and bridle, all of my hogs except five<\/span>sows & twenty pigs, and half of my sheep, my ( ), three barrels pork\u00a0<\/span>and all my corn, one barrel hams, one half barrel fat, one cow and\u00a0<\/span>yearling which he choose, all my cattle that are at Thomas Boyd’s<\/em> except\u00a0<\/span>two cows and calves, all my bees, all the money that is due me except a <\/span>bond due from Elizabeth Boyd<\/strong>, and half the money that shall be raised at\u00a0<\/span>the sale of my Estate which in this will is not given in Legacies, and\u00a0<\/span>the other half I give and bequeathe to my Nephew Lemuel Pendleton<\/strong>, I also\u00a0<\/span>give to my said Nephew Lemuel Pendleton<\/strong> a Bond due me from Elisabeth\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Boyd<\/strong>, Five sows, and twenty Pigs and half my sheet and my old Horse, I\u00a0<\/span>give unto my three Nephews Zachariah<\/strong>, Joshua<\/strong> and Andrew Pendleton<\/strong>, sons\u00a0<\/span>of my deceased Brother Timothy Pendleton<\/strong> all my cattle (that are at the\u00a0<\/span>Plantation where my said deceased Brother lived except a cow and yearling\u00a0<\/span>already given to George Pendleton<\/strong>) they and their increase to be equally\u00a0<\/span>divided amongst the said three children at the time of the Eldest\u00a0<\/span>arriving to full age (added by Tamara: document includes three blank\u00a0<\/span>short lines)<\/span><\/p>\n

I give and bequeath unto grezil george<\/strong> two Cow and Calfs that are at\u00a0<\/span>Thomas Boyd’s<\/em> her choice of all that are there.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lastly: I constitute and appoint my trusty friend Thomas Boyd<\/strong> and my\u00a0<\/span>Nephew george Pendleton<\/strong> whole and sole Executors to this my last will and\u00a0<\/span>testament, hereby revoking and disannulling all former Wills by me\u00a0<\/span>heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and\u00a0<\/span>seal this 15th day of February 1774.<\/span><\/p>\n
