C. WHITE DIES HERE LAST NIGHT\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Funeral Services Tomorrow Afternoon at 2:30 From His Home\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Franklin Charles White<\/strong> died at his home in South Henderson last night shortly before 10:30 o&#8217;clock following a very short illness and funeral service be be conducted tomorrow afternnon from the home at 2:30 o&#8217;clock with <strong>Rev. L. B. Reavis<\/strong> in charge. Interment will be in Rock Bridge Cemetery.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mr. White has been living in this county for the past 20 years, being a native of Person county. He worked in the South Henderson mills.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He leaves a wife and four children. <strong>P. A. White, Ed White, Mrs. John K. Brown<\/strong>, all of this city, and <strong>Mrs. B. L. Gupton<\/strong>, of Route 2 Pittsboro. He has one brother, <strong>Montie White<\/strong>, of Currie, and one sister, <strong>Mrs. Alice Brinson<\/strong>, of Currie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pallbearers were announced today as follows: <strong>Bob Gupton, C. T. Mitchell, Joy Banes, Henry Boone D. S. Forsythe, I. G. Hedgepeth.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Note: Franklin Charles White was born in Pender County (then New Hanover County) on 29 Nov 1872 to <strong>Charles (Charlie) White and Margaret Ann Eakins<\/strong>. He died on 11 Apr 1933 in Henderson, Vance, County, NC. On 7 Feb 1894 in Pender County, NC, he married at the home of <strong>Timothy Gurganus, Jessie Lucas Gurganus<\/strong>.
