SCOTT<\/strong> and wife, respectable citizens, and advanced in years, died a few days ago at their residence in Riley&#8217;s Creek, in Pender County. \u00a0They have been married over twenty years, and left three grown children &#8211; one daughter and two sons. \u00a0The wife died two days before the husband. \u00a0From the day of their marriage up to the day of the death of these two devoted people they had never separated a single night from the same roof. \u00a0The daughter had never slept but one night away from the paternal roof.
