In the name of God Amen. I Angus Curry of Richmond County being of sound and perfect mind and memory
blessed be God do this the 15th day of November in the year of our Lord 1807 make and publish this my
last will and testament in manner following that is to say,
First I give and bequeath to and thereby make and ordain my worthy wife Christian Curry and my son
William Curry all and every part of my land Viz. Two hundred acres on each side of Marks formerly
called Thomas Mim’s bridge and Cattle, Horses, Hogs, and all household furniture except one cow that
I grant and give to each of my daughters Viz – Sarah Douglas, Mary Nicholson, and Abigail McDuffie.
And I hereby make and ordain my son William Curry Executor of this my last will and testament in
witness whereof I the said Angus Curry have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal
the day and year above written.

Signed, sealed, and declared by the said A. Curry the testator as his last will and testament in the
presence of us who were present at the time of signing thereof.
