ONE PARDONED
John Arch McMillan September term, 1900, Richmond County, convicted of manslaughter, and sentenced
to eight years in the penitentiary. Upon recommendation of the judge, jury and county officers, (the
solicitor being dead)and after thoroughly considering the case, I (Governor Glenn) am of the opinion
that the defendant has been imprisoned long enough, and he is pardoned, conditioned on his good behavior.
