Spindale, Feb.18-
MRS. LAURA McDANIEL, 67, w/o EDGAR McDANIEL, died
yesterday morning at her home in Spindale. She had
been an invalid for a number of years and was blind
during the last two years of her life.
She is survived by 2
sons, OLLICE, Spindale and THERON McDANIEL with the
army in Texas; 2 daughters, MRS. LELA KENNEDY and
MRS. ANNIE BELLE SIMMONS, Spindale; one sister, MRS.
J.W. McDANIEL, Spindale and 4 grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements
are incomplete but services will probably be held at
the Spencer Bapt. church by her pastor , the Rev.
JOE PARSON, interment in the cemetery at Gilkey.
