Caroleen, N.C.- MRS. ALPHA HAMRICK HOLLIFIELD, 78,
widow of the late D.M. HAMRICK, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter,
MRS. HARVEY W. POWELL of Caroleen, after a long illness.
She was a lifelong resident of Caroleen
and a member of the Caroleen Baptist church for more than 50 years. Surviving are: 2 daughters, MRS.
HARVEY W. POWELL and MRS. T.D. ROBERTSON of Carloeen; 4 grandchildren and a great
- grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted
at Caroleen Bapt. church by the Rev. FOY MARTIN. Burial will be in Caroleen -Henrietta
Cemetery. Pallbearers will be FRANK WILLIS,
TERRY HAWKINS, JIM WHITT, GROVER CRAWLEY, PAUL HEAD and GLENN SPRATT. The body will remain at the home
of the daughter, MRS. POWELL until service in the church. Blackwell- Harrison Funeral Home is
in charge of arrangements. |
