Forest City, March 9- MRS. A.V. HAMRICK, whose husband is a prominent merchant and business man of Sandy Mush,
died at her residence Monday following a short illness. MRS. HAMRICK was taken
ill Sunday week, succumbing to pneumonia, Monday night.
Funeral services were held at her residence Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. C.L. TAYLOR in charge.
Interment was in Providence Cemetery. MRS. HAMRICK was born at Fairforest, S.C.,
March 29, 1861. She joined the Baptist church when a
young girl and was a faithful member.
In addition to her husband MRS. HAMRICK is survived by 3 children, MRS. ARTHUR ROBBINS, C.R. HAMRICK
and MISS SARA HAMRICK; one granddaughter, MARY SUE HORN
; one brother, FRED HENSON, of Atlanta; and two sisters, MRS. B.C. HANES
and MRS. ELLIS
BISHOP, also of Atlanta; Two children preceded her to
the grave.
