Look-Up’s
At present, we do not have any look-up volunteers.
Do you have access to any published books or other materials related to Scotland County in which you would be willing to do look-ups? If so, please contact us. Please note that all volunteers are asked to please follow USGenWeb’s Copyright Information guidelines when sharing. If you have any questions about the copyright guidelines, please contact us.
Researchers, please keep in mind that look-up volunteers are freely giving their time to try and help you. Please read the policy below before making your request.
USGenWeb’s Official Policy: USGenWeb will not tolerate any copyright violations. Look-up requests should be limited to one name, or perhaps two if it is a married couple. Information given will be minimal, for example if it is a cemetery look-up, the information will be the name of the cemetery and the dates on the headstone. Please do not ask for “everybody with X surname” or an entire family group, or for hardcopies to be mailed. Volunteers have been asked not to comply with such requests. And a nice thank-you for time and effort and advice is always welcome.
