Edmund Blount Esqr. Sheriff exhibited an account of sales of the estate of Mathias Adams deceased amounting to the sum of 21 pounds, 8 shillings & 3 pence ordered to be filed.

Adams, Mathias & Elenor, 1784
Bond dated 6 Aug 1784 in the amount of four hundred pounds by Mathias, William, Jonathan & Thomas Adams who have chosen Mr. Edmund Blount Junr., Capt. William Earl & Francis Ward to divide the estate of Mathias Adams & Elenor Adams deceased equally between them, each being of full age to choose for themselves. William Adams answers for Mathias Adams who is not present. Returned April Term 1785 by Ed. Blount Esqr.
A division of the estate of Mathias Adams deceased as left in the possession of his wife Elenor Adams and since her decease. Division made to William Adams, Jonathan Adams, Thomas Adams & Mathias Adams in 1784. Divided by Fr. Ward & William Earl and returned April Term 1785.
