November Session 1778
On motion of Mr. Hezekiah Spruill ordered that Joseph Migatt Esqr. be appointed trustee to take into his hands the estate of Joseph Alexander now in the continental servis and that Joseph Alexander Senr. be {unreadable} to next court to render his accounts & effects in his hands belonging to Joseph Alexander son of Joshua Alexander deceased.
February Session 1779
Ordered that the sheriff cite Joseph Alexander to next court to render an acct. of affects belonging to Joseph Alexander in the Continental Services , he has in his hands.
Ordred that Joseph Wyatt Esqr. enter a cavit against Michael Alexander in behalf of Joseph Alexander in the Continental Service in a certain piece of land joyning on the sound and Foxes line.
