Desember the 20th 1760 -
Know all ye Criston people that I by the blessed will of allmity God that I acknowledge this to be my last will and testament know ye that I gave and bequeve unto my loving son Lamuell Alexander my plantation that I live on which contains to two hundred and seventy aeqors and all so to the said Lamuell fifty aeqors of land that gines to sd. land befour menchend that I bot of my brother be it more or less and if son should diy with out a lawfull heir then to faal to my loving dartour Sidney and I gave and bequeve to my son Lamuell one young cow and two year old heffer one yow and lamb & one new cupers axe and a new cupers adds and one feather bed and bolster and I do gave and bequeve to my loving dartur Sidney thirty aeqors of land lying on Second Creek it my part of a parsel of land that my father take up and cow and calf and and one yow and lamb and do heare by give and bequeve to my loving wife Martha all the rest of my estate during the time of her widowhood and after that to be devided between my son Lamuell and my dartour Sidney and I leave my loving wife Martha to be one of my executors and my brother Michel Alexander the other executor and this I do acknowledge this to be my last will and testament sind and sealed with my seal.

In the term of June Anno Dom 1764 personally appeared Thomas Smith and made oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he see and hard Joseph Alexander sign seal publish pronounce this writing to contain his last will and testament and further saith that he was of sound mind and memory Jossoway Alexandr Jr. & William Best sign as witnesses at the same time.

Personally appeared Mickell Alexander executor of the last will and testament of Joseph Alexander son of Joshua and exhibited his account of the sd. estate 31 pounds & 7 shillings not ordered filed.

Mickell Alexander executor exhibited an account of the estate of Joseph Alexander deceased amount 29 pounds & 16 shillings proved the same on his oath ordered filed.
