Mary Alexander appeared in open court & prayed administration of the estate of Lemuel Alexander deceased granted.
Mary Alexander appeared in open court & quallified as admrx. of the estate of Lemuel Alexander and gave in security Benjamin Hassell & Benjamin Alexander in bond 500 pounds. Ordered that Mr. Secretary have notice that letters issue.
Mary Alexander appeared in open court and exhibited an inventory on oath of the estate of Lemuel Alexander deceased & ordered to be filed.
January Session 1780
Ordered that division of the estate of Laml. Alexander deceased be made and Benj. Hassell Joshua Tarkenton & Joseph Tarkinton is appointed to divide the same or any two of them and make returns to next court.
April Session 1780
Division of the estate of Laml. Alexander deceased exhibited ordered to be filed.
