Transcriber's Notes:
Tyrrell County marriage bonds show the marriage of Nathan Ansley to Pricillar Arnold on 29 Apr 1809, Hezekiah Arnold security; also
the marriage of Nathan Ansley to Abigail Tarkinton on 26 Mar 1781, Stephen McCabe security.
Since Nathan Ansley, son of Nathan Ansley Senr., submitted a petition to the court in 1814, he was at least of age by then. Guardian
bonds indicate that Charles and Mary Ansley were much younger, and Priscilla Ansley was initially their guardian. It is probable that
Priscilla was the mother of Charles and Mary and that Abigail Tarkenton may have been the mother of Nathan.
