Ordered that administration be granted on the estate of Jordan Armistead deceased to Nancy C. Armistead on giving bond in the sum of 15,000 pounds with John Stewart and {blank} securities.
Ordered that the administratrix Ann C. Armistead has leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of Jordan Armistead deceased & make returns to next court.
Ordered that the administration of Ann C. Armistead be rescinded also the order of sale & administration bond be given up.
