I, Swanner Bodwell, of aforesaid County and State being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but calling to mind the uncertainty of my earthly existence, do make and declare this my last will and testament;

1. My executor hereinafter named will have my body buried in a manner agreeable to my family, and erect to my grave a tombstone, and pay the cost of same, together with my just debts that I may owe at the time of my death out of the first moneys coming into his hands, belonging to my estate.

2. I give devise and bequeath unto my son, Joe A. Bodwell, all of my property of every description, real personal, and mixed which I shall own at the time of my death, meaning hereby to give him all of my lands and swamp lands as well as all of my personal property of every description, including any moneys that I may have on hand at the time of my death, choses in action etc.

3. I have already given to my son W. S. Bodwell Fifteen Hundred Dollars in full of his share of my estate, and I therefore give him nothing by this will and having also given to my daughter, Mrs. Alice Sexton, Fifteen Hundred Dollars in full of her share of my estate, I therefore give her nothing by this will:

4. I herby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Joe A. Bodwell, my sole executor to this my last will and Testament and request that he shall act without giving Bond.

I hereby revoke and declare utterly void all other will and testaments by me heretofore made.

In witness whereof, I, the said Swanner Bodwell do hereto set my hand and seal this 11th day of May 1910.

Signed sealed, published and declared by the said Swanner Bodwell, to be his last will and testament in the presence of us, and we, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, and at his request, have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

A paper purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Swanner Bodwell, deceased, is exhibited before me, the undersigned, Clerk of the Superior Court for said County, by Joe A. Bodwell, the executor therein mentioned and the due execution thereof by the said Swanner Bodwell, by the oath and examination of T. W. Jones & Mark Majette, the subscribing witnesses thereto, who being duly sworn, doth depose and say, and each for himself deposeth and say that he is a subscribing witness to the paper writing now shown him purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Swanner Bodwell, and that the said Swanner Bodwell, in the presence of this deponent subscribed his name at the end of said paperwriting, which is now shown him as aforesaid, and which bears date of the 11th of May 1910.
And This Deponent Further Saith, That the said Swanner Bodwell, the testator aforesaid, did at time of subscribing his name as aforesaid declare the said paperwriting so subscribed by him and exhibited to be his last Will and Testament and this deponent did thereupon subscribe his name a the end of said Will as an attesting witness thereto, and at the request and in the presence of said testator. And this deponent further saith, that at the same time when the said testator subscribed his name to the said last Will as aforesaid and at the time of the deponent's subscribing his name as an attesting witness thereto as aforesaid, the said Swanner Bodwell was of sound mind and memory, of full age to execute a will, and was not under any restraint to the knowledge, information or belief of this deponent: And further these deponents say not.
