November Session 1808
Ordered that Joseph Spence have leave of administration on the estate of Abel Belanga and has entered into bond in the sum of five hundred pounds currency Elisha Belanga and Abel Sawyer his securities.
Ordered that Joseph Spence have leave to sell the chattel property of Abel Belanga deceased and make return next court.
Ordered that J---d Boughton Job McGound and Timothy Jones be appointed to lay off the years allowance to the widdow of Abel Belanga out of the estate of the said Abel Belanga deceased and make return next court.
February Session 1809
Joseph Spence returned on oath an inventory of the estate of Abel Belanga deceased filed.
September Session 1810
Ordered that Joseph Spence administrator of Abel Belanga deceased have leave to sell the land of the said deceased sufficient to settle the ballance of the debts which the movable estate is not sufficient to pay.
December Session 1810
Ordered that Joseph Spence have leave to sell as much of the land of Abel Belanga deceased as will satisfy the debts.
July Session 1818
Ordered that Jno. A. Patrick Joseph Godfrey David Cooper Alen Sawyer with the county surveyor divide the land of Elizth. Belanga between the widow and child.

Belanga, Abel, 1808
Bond dated 8 Nov 1808 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing Joseph Spence administrator of the estate of Abel Belanga deceased, Elisha Belanga & Abel Sawyer securities.
Execution issued 3 Nov 1814 against the lands of Abel Belanga deceased in the hands of his administrator for 8 pounds, 12 shillings & 14 pence which Abel Sawyer recovered against him for debt and also 6 pounds & 17 shillings for damages & costs of the suit.
Execution dated 10 Oct 1815 and issued 21 Nov 1815 against Abel Belanga deceased in the hands of his administrator for 13 pounds, 18 shillings & 10 pence which Abel Sawyer recovered against him.
Execution issued 9 Feb 1816 against the lands of Abel Belanga deceased in the hands of his administrator for 8 pounds & 7 shillings which Abel Sawyer recovered against him for debt & damages and also 5 pounds, 6 shillings & 6 pence for costs of the suit.
Transcriber's Notes:
The July Session 1818 entry probably applies to Abel Belanga. The only two Belanga deaths near this time were Abel Belanga in
1808 and Elisha Belanga in 1809, but Elisha's wife was known to be Sarah.
