Owing to the uncertainty of life, I Washington W. Belangia Sr. do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son W. W. Belangia Jr. all of my property both real and personal that I possess.
Item - To my beloved son C. W. Belangia the sum of $10.00 (Ten Dollars) in currency.
Item - To my beloved daughter Mary E. Midgett the sum of $10.00 (Ten Dollars) in currency.
Item - To my beloved grand children Foster Winslow and Della Basnight $10.00 (Ten Dollars) each.
Lastly - I do hereby nominate my son Washington W. Belangia Jr. to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 24th day of November A. D. 1916.

A paper purporting to be the last Will and Testament of W. W. Belangia Sr. deceased is exhibited before me by W. W. Belangia Jr. the executor therein mentioned and thereupon proven by the oath and examination of T. N. Gray and J. R, Pledger the subscribing witnessess thereto: who being duly sworn, doth depose and say, that each for himself, that the said W. W Belangia Sr. signed said paper-writing in the presence of each and declared the same to be his last Will and Testament. The deponents futher said that at the time the said W. W. Belanga subscribed his name he was of sound mind and memory and of full age to execute a will and was not under any restraint to the knowledge, information or belief of this deponent. And futher these deponents say not.
