Summons dated the fourth Monday of January 1830 and issued 20 Mar 1830 for John Brickhouse (of Matthew), executor of Matthew Brickhouse deceased appear in court on the fourth Monday of April next to answer unto Priscilla Brickhouse of a plea of trespass on the case to her damage one hundred and fifty dollars.
