March the twententh day and in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and seventy two. In the name of God amen: I, John Broom of Tyrel County and province afsd. Carpender being very sick and weak in body but of perfect sound and disposing memory but cawling to mind the unseartanty of this mortal life do make and ordain this my last will and testament as followeth it is my will and disire that all my carpender and joyners tools be sold and the money that they sell for to be paid to Sephen Cook when is twenty one years of age and also it is my will and desire that all by just debts be duly satisfyed and paid and it is my will and desire that the residue and remaining par of my whaole estate by equally divided between Richd. Draper and Ann Williams and lastly I do anominate and appoint the said Richard Draper and Ann Williams executors and executrix to this my last will and testament hereunto I have set my had and seal the day and year above written.

James Williams and Mary Draper duly proved on the Holy Evangelist of all mighty God that they saw John Broome sign seal and pronounce a wrighting to contain his last will and testament.

Richd. Draper and Ann Williams duly qualified as executors of the last will and testament of John Broom deceased.
