Bond dated 11 Nov 1841 in the amount of one thousand dollars appointing Janathan Tweedy special administrator of the estate of Randal Basnight deceased, Jos. Halsey & Thos. H. Alexander securities. He is granted the authority to sell all chattel property except negroes.
Bond dated 24 Jan 1842 in the amount of four thousand dollars appointing James S. Basnight administrator of the estate of Randal Basnight deceased, Thos. Hassell & Hamilton Smith securities.
Summons dated 16 Dec 1844 for John McClees administrator de bonis non of Nelson Alexander, A. H. Smith & Trimigan Sandlin to appear at Fort Landing before a Justice of the Peace on 11 Jan 1845 and answer the complaint of Jonathan Tweedy to the use of Thos. B. Midyett in a plea of debt due by note in the amount of $5.66 with interest from 24 May 1842.
