Summons dated the fourth Monday in April, 1842 and issued 4 Jul 1842 for William Morris & Jonathan Tweedy to appear in court on the fourth Monday in July next to answer unto John McClees administrator of Polly Basnight to the use of John J. Alexander that they render unto him the sum of $304.91 which they owe and detain to his damage one hundred dollars.
Summons dated the fourth Monday in April, 1849 and issued 5 Jul 1849 for Ashberry Cahoon, William G. Armstrong & Jordan L. Jones, administrator of James S. Cahoon, to appear in court on the fourth Monday in July next to answer unto John McClees administrator of Mary Basnight to the use of William Basnight that they render unto him the sum of one hundred dollars which they owe and detain to his damage one hundred dollars.
