Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
June Session 1751
Mary Boath widow and relict of Roger Boath late of this county deceased appeared in open court and there declineing to act as administratrix of the said decedents estate, it is with the consent and approbation of the said widow, ordered that Thomas Pugh be granted administration on the said estate, he giveing bond with sufficient security in the sum of five hundred pounds Procl. money Ordered that the Honbl. Nathl Rice Secretary have notice that letters issue.

An inventory of the estate of Roger Both deceased was proved in open court by the oath of Thomas Pugh in due form of law.
