July Session 1788
Ordered that Nathan Bateman have leave of administration on the estate of John Bateman deceased and give bond in 500 pounds Joseph Brown & Edward Phelps securities and qualifyed accordingly - Also returns into court the inventory of the said John Bateman deceased estate ordered filed.
October Session 1789
Nathan Bateman administrator of John Bateman his father exhibits into court a second inventory of the estate of said deceased on oath ordered filed.
Ordered that Nathan Bateman administrator of John Bateman deceased his father have leave to sell the estate of the said deceased and make return to next court.
