Ordered that Levi Bateman have leave of administration on the estate of Sarah Bateman and hath given bond in the sum of one hundred pounds Richard Davis and Moses Davenport securities.

Levi Bateman returned the inventory of the estate of Sarah Bateman on oath.

The estate records of Nathan Bateman starting in 1794 indicate that Sarah Bateman was his daughter and Levi Bateman his son. Sarah is a devisee in earlier divisions of the estate but not in 1809, indicating she is deceased,
