Ordered that Colo. Jesse Alexander Isaac Davenport Joseph Ansley Esqr. & Joseph Snell be appointed to lay off the widdow of Solomon Bateman deceased her years allowance and make return to next court.
May Session 1808
Joseph Ansley returned in court the years allowance made to the widdow of Solomon Batman deceased out of the estate of said deceased amount of 42 pounds, 5 shillings filed.
