Account sales of the estate of Isaac Bateman deceased was returned to court on oath by Elizabeth Davenport the administratrix to amt. of $50.57 & filed (no inventory received therewith)

Bond dated 2 Jul 1823 in the amount of one thousand dollars appointing Elizabeth Davenport administratrix of the estate of Isaac Bateman deceased, John Thoroughgood & Richard Lucas securities.
Petition on the first Monday after the fourth Monday in June 1823 by Mariah Bateman widow of Isaac Bateman who departed this life intestate on or about the 2nd of January 1823 not having made any provision for her and that Elizabeth Davenport was appointed to administer upon his estate. She requests that her years allowance be set aside according to law.
