I, Sarah Cahoon, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this my last will and testament:

It is my will and desire that my executor hereinafter named shall have my body buried in accordance with the wishes of my relatives and friends, and to pay the costs of the same, and any just debts by me owing at the time of my death out of the first money coming into his hands belonging to my estate.

I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved brother, William J. Cahoon, all of my real and personal property of every kind and description which I now own , or may own at the time of my death, to him and his heirs forever.

I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved brother, William J. Cahoon, my executor, to this my last will and testament to perform the same according to the intent of same as herein expressed, and he shall act without giving any bond.

In testimony whereof the said Sarah Cahoon has hereto set her hand and seal, this 26th day of October 1910.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Sarah Cahoon to be her last will & testament in the presence of us, who in her presence, and at her request, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT

A paper purporting to be the last will and Testament of Sarah Cahoon deceased, is exhibited before me, the undersigned, Clerk of the Superior Court of said County, by William J. Cahoon the executor therein mentioned, and the due execution thereof by the said Sarah Cahoon by the oath and examination of Mark Majette & A. L. Walker the subscribing witness thereto, who being duly sworn, doth depose and say, and each for himself deposeth and saith, that he is a subscribing witness to the paper-writing now shown him, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Sarah Cahoon; that the said Sarah Cahoon in the presence of this deponent subscribed her name at the end of said paper-writing, which is now shown as aforesaid, and which bears the date of the 26th day of October 1910.

And this deponent further saith, That the said Sarah Cahoon the testatrix aforesaid, did at the time of subscribing her name as aforesaid declare the said paper-writing so subscribed by her and exhibited to be her last Will and Testament, and this deponent did thereupon subscribe his name at the end of said Will, as an attesting witness thereto, and at the request and in the presence of said testatrix. And this deponent further saith, that at the same time when the said testatrix subscribed her name to the said last Will as aforesaid, the said Sarah Cahoon was of sound mind and memory, of full age to execute a Will, and was not under any restraint, to the knowledge, information or belief of this deponent; And further these deponents saith not.

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT

It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the said paper-writing and every part thereof is the last Will and Testament of Sarah Cahoon deceased. Let the said Will, together with the probate, be recorded and filed.
