Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
January Session 1799
Ordered that Cateron Cohoon have leave of administration on the estate of Joseph Cohoon deceased and give bond and security in 400 pounds Thomas Hoskins Esqr. & Jeremiah Wynn securities & qualifyed.
Also the above administratrix returns in open court on oath an inventory of said estate ordered filed.
Ordered that Thomas Hoskins John Clayton Esqrs. & Jeremiah Wynne be appointed to divide the estate of Joseph Cohoon deceased amongst the representatives of said deceased and make return to next court.
