Combs, John, 1821
Execution 2 Oct 1821 against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of Ozias Roughton, James McKilister & Josiah Simpson for one hundred and fifty nine dollars and eighty five cents which John Combs administrator recovered from them for debt and five dollars and sixty two and one half cents in court costs. Sixty five dollars and ninety five cents was paid through the sale of negro boy Frederic belonging to Josiah Simpson. The balance was paid on 9 Jan 1822 by the defendants.
