April Session 1801
It is ordered that Thomas Liverman have leave of administration on the estate of Joseph Curless deceased on giving bond in the sum of 300 pounds with Thomas Hoskins and William B. Liverman securities.
July Session 1801
Thomas Liverman returns on oath in open court an inventory of all the estate that he can find belonging to Joseph Curless deceased filed.

Bond executed at April Court 1801 in the amount of three hundred pounds appointing Thomas Liverman administrator of the estate of Joseph Curless deceased, Wm. B. Liverman & ? Hoskins securities.
Appearance bond dated 22 Jun 1801 in the amount of one hundred pounds guaranteeing attendance by Elisha Belanga Junr. at the next term of court to answer unto Thomas Liverman Senr. administrator of Joseph Curless in a plea of debt of fifty pounds.
Execution dated 26 Oct 1802 and issued 20 Nov 1802 against Elisha Belanga for nineteen pounds, eight shillings & four pence which Thomas Liverman administrator of Joseph Curless recovered from him in a suit for debt. damage & costs.
