Summons dated 23 Jul 1798 and issued 25 Sep 1798 for Harman Webb Junr. to appear at next court and answer the plea against him for debt & damages by Jacob Morris surviving executor of Thomas Currell deceased.
Note for 27 pounds & five shillings from Harman Webb & Benja. Blount dated 1 Jan 1793 and promising to pay the said sum after 12 months to Thomas Stubbs & Jacob Morris executor of Thomas Currell deceased.
Execution dated 22 Oct 1798 and issued 4 Dec 1798 against Harman Webb Junr. for 37 pounds, 4 shillings & 9 pence in favor of Thomas Currell's executors.
