Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
July Session 1799
Ordered that John Frasier have leave of administration on the estate of Robert Cushing Esqr. deceased and give bond and security in 2,000 pounds James Long Junr. & Cornelius Leary securities.
On motion ordered further that James Jones Esqr. Miles Hardy John Goelet & William Stubbs do lay out under the Act of Assembly to the said widow such part of the estate as they may consieve necesary and adequet for the suport of said widow for the span of one year and make returns to the next court.
Ordered that John Frasier administrator of Robert Cushing deceased have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of said deceased and make returns to next court.
