Read the petition of William Cowell praying administration on the estate of his brother Edmond Cowell deceased &c ordered granted and enters William Jennet and Thomas Owens in the sum of one hundred pounds which is approved of by the court.
Personally appeared William Cowell & on his oath proved an inventory of the estate of Edmond Cowell deceased ordered to be filed.
August Session 1769
Personally appeared William Hunings and on his oath proved an acct. of sales of the estate of Edward Cowell ordered to be filed.
