Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
April Session 1803
Samuel Midyett administered on the estate of Wm. Donaldson and hath entered into bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Jno. Midyett and David Cooper securities.
Ordered that Samuel Midyett have leave to sell the chattel property of William Donaldson deceased and make returns to next court.
October Session 1803
Samuel Midyett returned in court on oath the account of sales of the estate of William Dollason deceased to the amount of fifty five pounds & 7 shillings filed.
Ordered that Edward Mann John Midyett and William Midyett be appointed to audite and settle the account between Samuel Midyett administrator of the estate of Wm. Dollason and said Dollasons estate and make returns to next court.
April Court 1804
Ordered that Jno. Midyett Jeremiah Wynne & Elijah Warrington be appointed to audite and settle the accounts between Samuel Midyett and the estate of Wm. Dollison and make due returns.
The audite accounts of Samuel Midyett administrator of the estate of Wm. Dollison deceased vs. said Dollison's heirs was returned into open court and filed.
