October Session 1798
Ordered that Stephen Ventriss have leave of administration on the estate of Benjn. Dupass and give bond & security in the sum of 500 pounds John Guither & Thomas Walker securities & quallifyed according to law.
Ordered that Stephen Venters administrator of Benjamin Dupass have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of said deceased and make return to next court.
January Session 1799
An account of sales of the estate of Benjamin Dupass deceased was returned in open court by the administrator amounting to 96 pounds, 12 shillings & 5 pence ordered filed.
