Read the petition of Penelope Dorsey praying administration on the estate of Fredrick Dorsey deceased ordered granted and enters Luke Mizell & John Hardison securities in the sum of five hundred pounds which was approved of by the court.
Ordered that Penelope Dorsey widow and administratrix of Frederick Dorsey deceased sell the perishable estate of the sd. Frederick sufficient to pay the debts of the deceased and make return to our next court.
Personally appeared Penelope Dorsey and exhibited an inventory of the estate of Frederick Dorsey deceased and proved the same upon oath ordered to be filed.
