Ordered that Hezekiah Davenport have leave of administration on the estate of Elizabeth Davenport deceased his late wife and give bond 300 pounds John Snell and Capt. John Davenport securities & qualifyed.

Bond dated 28 Jul 1791 in the amount of three hundred pounds appointing Hezekiah Davenport administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Davenport his late wife deceased, John Davenport Capt. & John Snell Deputy Sheriff securities.

Tyrrell County marriage bonds show the marriage of Hezekiah Davenport to an unknown bride on 5 Jan 1785, Jno. Alexander security. In all probability, Elizabeth is the bride.
See the estate papers of Isaac Alexander in 1780. They state that Elizabeth was the daughter of Isaac and married first to Stephen Davenport and second to Hezekiah Davenport.
