Account of sales of the estate of John Davenport deceased amounting to 51 pounds, 16 shillings & 4 pence.
Also the returns of the accounts audited and settled and there appears a balance due the administrator of 4 pounds, 9 shillings & 10 pence as per returns filed.

Davenport, John, 1796
Administrators bond dated 26 Jan 1796 in the amount of 500 pounds appointing Samuel Chesson administrator of the estate of John Davenport deceased with Jesse Spruill & David Davenport securities.
Petition for dower in January Term 1797 by Parthia Davenport, widow of John Davenport who died intestate on or about 8 Jan 1796 seized and possessed of 100 acres of land joining William Davenport & Nehemiah Norman.
Laying off of the widow's dower on 28 Feb 1797.
Judgement against the estate of John Davenport by Isaac Norman dated 24 Apr 1797 and issued 27 May 1797 for 16 pounds, 17 shillings & 3 pence.
Judgement against the estate of John Davenport deceased by John Chesson dated 22 Oct 1798 and issued 30 Dec 1798 for 7 pounds, 19 shillings & 2 pence.
Judgement against the estate of John Davenport deceased by James Davenport dated 24 Apr 1797 and issued 27 May 1797 for 5 pounds, 7 shillings & 5 pence.
