The division of the lands of Simeon Davenport deceased amonst the representatives of said deceased was returned in open court by Capt. Asa Phelps ordered registered.

Administrator's bond dated 30 Apr 1800 in the amount of 100 pounds in which Isaac Devenport is appointed administrator of the estate of Simion Devenport with Nehemiah Norman & Woolsey Hathaway securities.
Petition dated April Term 1799 by the heirs of Simeon Devenport for division of 150 acres joining Thomas Spruill. Simeon died in March 1799 under the age of 21. His heirs are listed as Isaac Devenport John Devenport Benjamin Devenport Joseph Devenport Enock Devenport Ishmell Devenport Eli Devenport and Ann Devenport now Ann Snell Elizabeth Phelps Patty Phelps and the heirs Jemima Devenport now Jamima Ambrose and Isaac Devenport heir of Stephen Devenport.
