April Session 1800
Ordered that administration on the estate of Enoch Devenport be granted to Isaac Devenport on giving bond in the sum of one hundred pounds with Nehemiah Norman Wolsey Hathaway securities.
April Session 1802
John Swain returns in court an account of sales of the estate of Enoch Davenport deceased to the amount of six pounds seventeen shillings & 4 pence ordered filed.
July Session 1802
Ordered that Woollsy Hathaway Capt. Jno. Bateman & Jno. Swain or a majority of them be appointed to audite the estate of Enoch Davenport & settle with the administrator and make return to next court.
October Session 1802
John Swain returned in court the audited account of Enoch Davenport deceased and find a ballance of four pounds, 12 sillings & 9 pence due the administrator ordered filed.
