May Session 1808
Ordered that Deborough Davenport have the administration on the estate of Hezekiah Davenport and has entered into bond in the sum of {blank} Joseph Snell and Devotion Perisho her securities justices on the bench Jno. A. Patrick Joseph Ansley & Henry Alexander Esqrs.
Ordered that Samuel Spruill Esqr. James Dillin & John A. Melson & Thomas Garnett lay off a years allowance to the widdow of Hezekiah Davenport of the estate of said deceased and make return to next court.
September Session 1809
Deberough Davenport returned in court on oath an inventory and account of sales of the estate of Hezekiah Davenport deceased, also the years allowance made to her.
