Note dated 2 Apr 1814 for thirty eight pounds, seventeen shillings & six pence from Benjamin Arnold, Joseph Bateman & William Arnold to William Davenport guardian to the heirs of David Davenport deceased. Note was assigned by Silas Davenport to James Davenport on 6 May 1815.
Summons dated 10 Oct 1815 and issued 21 Nov 1815 for Benjamin Arnold, Jos. Bateman & Wm. Arnold to appear at court on the second Monday in January next to answer unto William Davenport guardian of the heirs of David Davenport to a plea of debt of thirty eight pounds. Silas Davenport binds himself as security for prosecution of the case.
