Davenport, Francis, 1828
Summons dated the 4th Monday in April 1828 for Joseph Halsy to produce the judgement and execution levied upon the lands of Frederick Davenport on the 4th Monday in July next and testify on behalf of the defendant in a suit in which Francis Davenport's administrator is plaintiff and Frederick Davenport is defendant.
Execution dated the 4th Monday in July and issued 12 Aug 1828 against the goods & chattels, lands & tenement of Francis Davenport in the hands of his administrator, Hugh Davenport, if to be found & for want thereof of the proper goods & chattels of Hugh Davenport for $11.07 which officers of the court recovered against Francis Davenport's administrator for damages, costs and charges.
