Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
July Session 1824
Wilson B. Hodges special administrator of all and singular the goods and chattles rights and credits of Sally Davenport
deceased returned in open court the account of sales etc of the property of said deceased which were ordered to be filed - -
Upon motion in open court it was ordered that general letters of administration be granted to the said Hodges upon the estate of
said Sally Davenport deceased and that he proceed as the law directs.
July Session 1830
Ordered that Wm. C. Warren, Zebulon Tarkenton & David Clayton be auditors to settle to settle the accounts between W. B. Hodges executor of Jno. Davenport & W. B. Hodges administrator of Sally Davenport and report to next term.
